Set in the beautiful Kent country side, The Abbey School boasts a number of features that make it an ideal setting for wedding receptions and parties.

Our experienced staff have helped organise a variety of functions since opening as an events venue over five years ago.

Popular areas to hire include the Dining Hall, 14-19 Restaurant and over two acres of green spaces.

We are able to cater for events of up to 250 in a single area. We also have close links with local hotels and we are able to offer assistance with finding accommodation for your guests, if required.

Wedding receptions can be held in a number of locations depending on requirements. Our Dining Hall is the largest on-site venue and can easily host 250 guests.

More intimate venues are available including our 14-19 Restaurant.

We are situated in a rural area on the outskirts of Faversham, an historic market town near to the north Kent coast. The town has close links with agriculture, fruit farming and the brewing industry, as well as light industry, tourism and some boat building.

A number of guest houses, hotels and country cottages are situated close by.
