Venue 4 Event - Terms and Conditions

General Criteria

• By providing venue content / information to Venue4Event.com, you are agreeing to be bound to these Terms and Conditions.
• We may give general notices to all web users via the website.  We reserve the right to communicate notices including newsletters to registered users via the email address specified in our records.
• If we discover you or your company representative have contravened these terms and conditions we reserve the right to withdraw our services from you or your company without notice.
• You may not use, or allow others to use, your account to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with anyone or entity.

Venue Listings

• The registered owner of the entry must log in once a year to renew the listing.
• Any advertising and listing cost is non refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse any submissions or remove any listings.
• Venue owners must ensure that they own any image copyright.

Website Content

• Content submission made to Venue4Event.com will not contain any defamatory, offensive, threatening, abusive, racist, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, hateful or any otherwise objectionable material that will constitute a criminal offence or give rise to a civil liability;
• We reserve the right to remove or edit any content posted on the site that is deemed by us to be inappropriate or inaccurate.
• We reserve the right to copy basic entry details onto other websites owned by Venue4Event.com for the mutial benefit of both parties and for which the venue owner will be notified of the details.
• We take no responsibility for reviews written of, or by, any individual or company on the site. We endeavour to check the content of written reviews and reserve the right to remove any review.
• If you see any content on the site that is incorrect, illegal or breaches anyone else's rights, you will contact us.
• You agree not to post, or make available, any material which is protected by copyrights, trade marks, or other proprietary rights when using the Services without the express permission of the owner of the copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights and you will be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of any such copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from any uploading, posting, or submission through the use of the service.
• You agree not to upload files when using the service that contain viruses, corrupt files, or other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another person's computer, software, websites, or network and you will be solely responsible for any damages from any claims that may arise because you posted files that caused damage to the operation of another person's computer, software, websites, or network.
