The International Hall is among the biggest regional spaces for hire and is fully accessible and flexible for a range of grand events including product launches, fashion shows and spectacular banquets.

Ponds Forge is located in the heart of Sheffield's city centre with access to a highly acclaimed catering team and excellent fitness and spa facilities that can be used by event guests.

It is already the venue of choice for local and international organisations for banquets conferences, exhibitions, product launches and social functions.

The International Hall has 1570 m² of event space, ideal for conferences for up to 1700 delegates or a gala dinner for up to 1300 dinner guests with dance floor space.

The Skyline Suite, Bar and Terrace is a self-contained conference and event space with adjoining bar and can be divided in two sections with a seating capacity (theatre style) of up to 250 delegates.

The venue has three additional meeting rooms catering for at least 40 delegates in each.

The venue has a state of the art building management system which allows central control of the venue's energy consumption, including lighting levels and heating.

The venue recycles all paper, cardboard, glass and printer cartridge waste, and the venue's general waste is sent to the city's Local Recovery Unit (incinerator) where the waste is converted into heated water which is used by Ponds Forge, lowering its carbon footprint.
